Sara Warner

Sara Warner wants to live in a world where kindness is bountiful, art is in unexpected places, and nature hikes are not much further than a skip, a hop or a jump away. Fortunately, she lives in Austin, Texas, y’all!

As a Realtor since 2005, she’s shown property in an ice blue vintage Jaguar in beautiful Austin and on a golf cart in her bare feet on a paradise island in Belize, where she ended up in the Number 1 position on a list of the top-selling agents in all of Central America and the Caribbean. She claims she accomplished this feat by being the only relatively sober person within 50 miles, but we know better. Sara cares about her clients and works tirelessly in their best interests.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. Prior to her career in real estate, she spent a decade working with abused and neglected children. The negotiation and investigative skills she honed during her time in social work would later prove invaluable in real estate. With the enthusiasm of one no longer dealing with life and death crises on a daily basis, Sara earned Rookie of the Year with her Austin broker not once but twice.

When she’s not practicing her magical property matchmaking, you can find her gazing with adoration and maternal love at her sweet son Egan, running at Town Lake or laughing with friends at the latest kid-friendly addition to the groovy Austin dining scene.
