Sara Witt

Sara has been an Atlanta resident since 1988 and a Realtor since 2007. She graduated from Agnes Scott College with a psychology degree and received my Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Georgia. Sara then worked as a therapist for 10 years with troubled children and families in crisis.

After “retiring” from social work she decided to combine my love of helping people with my life-long passion for real estate, and she got my real estate license. For her, there’s nothing better than finding your clients’ dream home! Sara guides her clients through the process from offer to closing. Sara is there every step of the way, joined by a team of experts who are the best in the business. Sara takes the worries away by ensuring your real estate needs are handled in the most professional and experienced manner.

Sara's goal for my clients is for us to break records in our transactions – that means when representing sellers getting the highest price in the neighborhood and when representing buyers getting the lowest price in the area.

Sara represent buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants. She specializes in In-town properties including single family homes, condominiums, and town homes. Sara have real estate experience all over the city and have lived in Buckhead, Decatur, Brookhaven, and even the northern suburbs. Sara knowledge of Atlanta neighborhoods and schools gives my clients the insight to make solid, informed decisions. Whatever your real estate need, she can handle it.
