Born and raised in Uptown New Orleans, Sarah’s love for the city’s deep culture and history sparked her passion for real estate. Her early years were shaped by cross-country horse shows and the life-altering impact of Hurricane Katrina—events that broadened her perspective and strengthened her resilience. It was during this time that she met her husband, Nicholas, a moment that changed her life forever.
After a successful career as a court reporter, Sarah followed her true calling in 2017. Within 30 days, she had her first home under contract—and she’s never looked back. By 2020, she was Coldwell Banker’s top-producing agent by unit count, and she’s continued to rank among the best, even balancing a $15.5M sales year in 2022 while pregnant with her second child.
