I specialize in helping clients who are downsizing and helping families settle estates and trust sales. Also, with a background in finance, I do enjoy showing investment properties - real estate is a great investment and this area still has some great deals to snap up!

My family has been with me for the ride while I sold homes in both Upstate NY and Ottawa, Canada. It helps that my hubby is a Handyman and loves houses as much as I do! I am happy to be here in the Finger Lakes Region/Southern Tier where it's warmer and I look forward to putting my experience to work for you.
