Selling our family home of over 58 years was a very emotional experience. Our family had already decided on a realtor but since Sarah had already had an appointment with us, we had decided to see what she could bring to the table.

From the moment we met Sarah, we all (six siblings) had a very good vibe about Sarah. We could tell that Sarah would give her all to bring top dollar to our family home. She always handled everything with utmost professionalism and was a bulldog when need be! She always kept us up to date with constant updates and advice, so much that I miss her texts and phone calls. She was always personable yet professional. Never once were we out of the loop.

We had been looking for a home for some time now. We stopped a few times so we tried a few agents. Each agent was high pressure to just submit on any property and had some very questionable methods to trying to help us buy a home. Thankfully the last agent we use was not available on a day we wanted to see a condo, so Sarah came to show it to us. That day was a blessing for us, as Sarah took on where the previous agent left off and showed us what a proper agent should behave, act and conduct themselves. Sarah is a professional through and through. From helping us avoid bad condo HOAs, to helping us work with bad agents on the sellers side, helping us find areas with the right school for our son. Sarah always came prepared with notes and information about the property we were looking at but also the areas which the property was at. We met a little over 2 years ago when I started my first home search. Sarah was "assigned" to me via RedFin and after speaking to her for the first time, I knew she was an extremely knowledgeable agent who wasn't here to mess around. I was not typical client. In the midst of the pandemic with most companies having their employees work from home, I didn't have an immediate need to move. For 2 years, Sarah patiently stuck by my side and supported me throughout the entire process. She spent countless hours on the phone with me educating me about the process, the market and potential programs I could benefit from. She was patient, kind and an aggressive negotiator. After seeing 30+ homes over 2 years and I finally told Sarah "this is THE one", she made sure she did everything in her power to make sure I had it. And now I can proudly call that home mine :)

Sarah is a go-getter with a response time that is quicker than any of my emergency contacts. We were introduced to Sarah Bui when she was ‘assigned’ to us via Redfin. At first we thought - ‘oh great they just throw any ol realtor at you’ but it quickly became clear that Sarah is no ‘any ol realtor’. From day one, she demonstrated an amazing knowledge of real estate, patience, and sense of humor. Our first time buying a house we were told was going to be scary and daunting, one of the toughest things you’ll go through in life - but with Sarah guiding us it was awesome, seriously. Once we decided on a location, which Sarah influenced we found a home pretty quickly. She negotiated on our behalf and I feel like got us an incredible deal - she doesn’t back down but doesn’t do it in a gross ‘tv real estate agent way’, she respected the sellers as much as she respected us.

We were relocating from Michigan to California for work and could not have made it without Sarah. From our first meeting, Sarah was helping us to understand and navigate the market we were about to enter; we cancelled meetings with other relators we were going to meet and instantly signed with Sarah. I thought I was ready to begin house hunting. I was wrong, and quickly learned the house market was experiencing a time never before seened. I panicked, stressed and anxiety kicked in when I kepted getting outbid and lost out on several homes. In fact, disolutioned, and frustrated, I quit several times.

Sarah kept me informed and answered my text and phone calls at all hours of the day. I work over night hours and Sarah made me feel like there's was no wrong time to call her, she was always there to answer my questions, and calmed me down when I would lose hope.

My experience with Sarah as my buyer's agent was wonderful! It was a pleasure working with her throughout the process. It took just 3 months for my husband and I to purchase the home. Purchasing my second home with her was quick and easy and not stressful at all. She was also able to assist with referring us to a lender and working together with the lender to make the process smoother. My husband and I appreciate her hard work and dedication. She was always responsive and attentive to our needs. We were able to view all of the homes we wanted to see during this Covid time, which makes it harder to schedule as Open Houses are not available. This was my first experience buying a home. Too bad it was during the age of Covid. Open houses were not available so we relied on Sarah to show us each individual house that interested us.

Sarah was a pleasure to work with. She met all of my needs and my wife's. She was very on top of things. She was able to get us a $5,000 credit in a "seller's market!". I would totally refer her to our friends and family. We were able to close on our home within three months of signing on with her as our agent. We will definitely use her again! My fiance proposed to me in August of 2020. Soon after that we started planning our wedding and at the same time thinking of where we would live after we got married. After getting out of the United States Marine Corps in 2018, my fiance like many other veterans struggled both financially and with his mental health. Due to some unforeseen circumstances my fiance was not given the resources to understand what benefits he was entitled to through the VA. After giving it much thought my fiance and I decided that we wanted to try and rent a home. After browsing on a couple of websites Sarah called us on a Sunday within one hour of our inquiry. She explained to us in detail that my fiance was eligible for a VA loan to buy a home which we had no idea we could do. Right off the bat Sarah was very informative. We loved that she wanted to make sure that we knew exactly how everything worked. She focused on educating us rather than just trying to sell us a home.

After starting to view a few homes and getting our first 2 offers rejected Sarah quickly found out where the housing market was going. With the pandemic, low interest rates but very little inventory Sarah knew that finding a house was going to be very difficult. It was very discouraging for us knowing that we might not find a home as quick as we had hoped. Sarah made sure to give us words of affirmation and continued to give us as many updates as she could.

After searching for 5 months which was a lot faster than we expected, we finally got an offer accepted. We were thrilled to have been able to get accepted after so many failed ones that we forgot about the endless amount of stress leading up to closing escrow. Closing on this home was so very difficult at one point we both thought that we would fall out of escrow because we felt that everything was going south. Sarah was so amazing she went above and beyond what any other agent would do for her clients. She got involved in every aspect leading up to closing. She knew we were first time home buyers and didn't want us to get lost or overly stressed trying to understand everything that was going on.

It was a very long and hectic process but we ended up winning in the end. We finally have our home and are expected to move in next week! I don't know if we would've been able to make it through without her words of encouragement, her never ending positivity, and of course her goofiness that kept us going throughout these past six months.

I know this is not the end of the road for us and Sarah but my fiance and I are so thankful for her. We cannot wait to buy our next home in the upcoming five years and continue having Sarah on board. Thank you a million times Sarah!

I would recommend Sarah in a heartbeat because
a) She was very patient with me as I searched for my new home and didn't push me to make an offer on properties that didn't tickle my fancy.
b) She fought for me when I finally found a home that I liked but the numbers were just not adding up by working with the listing agent and also finding a lender that would work to make the numbers work.
c) She put up with all my many questions and educated me along the way.

Sarah Bui and I met as she was walking my neighborhood a couple of years before my husband and I decided to put our home on the market. Sarah provided listings that met my preferences. Once i reviewed the list and selected properties i liked; she made all the arrangements and coordinated it so it was a very smooth process. She's very knowledgeable about options available for home inspections, individuals for financing, and any other concerns. Sarah is wonderful! She treats you like a person, not just another sale. When I first started looking I wasn't pre-approved because I was "just looking", but all of a sudden the one for me had appeared. Not knowing what to do I called her on a Sunday going "help!". She got to work right away researching the house, the selling agent, and told me what papers I would need to gather to work on financing. The next day, thanks to her work and contact with a mortgage broker I was pre-approved and meeting with her to get the ball rolling. Based on her research we decided on the offer I would make and sure enough it put my in the running among over a dozen other interested buyers. When the seller countered to the three top offers, Sarah advised me to stay at my initial offer as it was strong. My offer was accepted and in just a couple of days I was in escrow! It was exciting and fast, but with Sarah guiding me through each step I always felt confident about the process and what I was doing. She works quickly and works with you.
