Sarah Cavanagh

As a native to Lane County, born and raised in Eugene, I have developed many wonderful relationships with members of the community. Prior to real estate, starting at a young age I have worked at several local businesses focusing on customer service. I also worked for the Bethel school district, teaching small groups and working one on one with children that have special needs. Having this prior experience and learning to navigate difficult situations is of great benefit when working with both buyers and sellers. I pride myself on my work ethic and helping those around me.

One advantage of growing up in this community is my ability to provide detailed information to home buyers who are not familiar with Eugene, Springfield and surrounding areas. I enjoy helping Buyers become better acquainted with neighborhoods that will appeal to them based on their expressed interests and criteria provided.
