I bought my first home in December 2021. While the market is rough, Sarah made the process less painful. She listened to my price range (even works with a mortgage broker), and what I was looking for in a house and neighborhood. It's a lot of time and work to set up several house showings (even multiples of the same house), but she did it with a smile. Her knowledge of the area and her experience working with other realtors in the area came in handy, as did her eye for catching things about houses I would have missed. Even after the sale, she has a list of referrals for getting things done. In short, Sarah rocks.

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah when I decided to sell my house and I am so happy that I did!

She was always keeping me updated with information during the whole process, advising me on potential deals, and overall a great agent with her clients the top priority!

She even helped me make a few runs to the local dump with her truck and trailer!
