Sarah Ferguson

Sarah's MBA in Finance from Fordham University earned her a position on Wall Street until a foray into East End real estate redirected her professional aspirations in 2002. Since then, she has developed or remodeled over twenty-five properties which include new builds for fortunate clients as well as her own renovations and constructions. Having also studied architecture at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Sarah's passion for real estate and construction is undeniable, and her success is linked to it; her clientele is privy to the wealth of direct experience she brings to the project whether selling a key commercial property on Main Street, or a forever beach home.

Sarah started skiing at an early age and built her first home in Woodstock, Vermont to compliment teaching the sport at nearby Killington. Undergraduate studies in France facilitated knowledge of both French and Spanish, but one of the most impressive aspects of this multi-faceted agent's achievements is having been a Captain in the Unites States Marine Corp. Sarah also enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as golf and tennis.
