Sarah made this process a breeze for me! I was a first time home buyer who had many questions. Sarah was always eager to answer any questions or concerns I had. All I had to do was explain to her what I was looking for and she did the rest. She only took me to properties that fit the description of my interests. She was never pushy or impatient with me. I have heard horror stories about realtors but this was an amazing experience. I would recommend her to anyone! The next time I look to purchase/sell real estate Sarah will be my first call!

My wife and I were trying to buy a home in Wisconsin, while we still lived in New Jersey. During two week-long visits, Sarah showed us what was available, but we were frustrated that the houses we wanted were off the market and what we saw wasn't quite right. During that period, Sarah took the time to get inside our heads so that even after we went back to NJ, she knew what we wanted. When the house we bought came on the market, she went through it for us, showing us pictures from her smartphone, with running narrative. We made an offer and got the house the next day. Unorthodox, but spectacular. One year later, we are very happy where we landed!
