Sarah Halpin

Sarah was raised in South Pasadena and attended South Pasadena schools. She holds a B.A. in Classical Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College. After college Sarah worked as a property manager. In 2003, Sarah began working as a real estate agent for Markey & Associates Real Estate Brokers which was founded by Thomas Markey in 1976. Markey and Associates has earned a reputation of “Service with Integrity” and a commitment to excellence in the local real estate market. After working with buyers and sellers for 7 years, Sarah became a Broker and in 2010 became the principal of Markey and Associates.

Sarah stays active in the community volunteering at Saint Andrew’s Catholic Church in Pasadena, lecturing at Saint Therese Catholic Church in Alhambra, and having been a member of the Tournament of Roses. She also has been teaching ballet at Pasadena Dance Theatre since 2001 after dancing with PDT’s ballet company for many years.
Sarah resides in Pasadena with her lovely daughter, has eight siblings and several nieces and nephews. As a longtime resident of South Pasadena and Pasadena, Sarah is very familiar with the San Gabriel Valley and understands the importance of marketing, preparing and pricing homes properly and finding the right type of home to fit each family’s needs.
