Sarah was such an amazing realtor to buy with! So good, we bought our house across the country with out seeing it in person and we LOVE our house! We are in such a great neighborhood, it's safe and in an excellent school district. She really took these requests into consideration when looking for a home for us, and she nailed it! Best realtor around!

Sarah is truly amazing! We moved here from San Antonio and had to do 99% of the process over video calls. She was professional and hard working. She has gained life long clients in us and the people we know. She is not like other agents, she is here for you for life, not just the sale Thank you so much Sarah!!

Selling a home can be a stressful experience, at least that's what we had imagined. But thanks to Sarah, that was not our reality! From the beginning Sarah was punctual, professional, and honest. She educated my partner and I on the home selling process, brought up trends in pricing and feedback for the area in which we lived, and helped us settle on a price which was fair and competitive (and more than we had anticipated!). From that point on every interaction with her was better than the last, as she helped provide contractors and set up photographers, giving recommendations on how to stage our home and advocated on our behalf with realtors regarding any negotiations from potential buyers. This was by far the least stressful home buying/selling experience we have had and we can not recommend Sarah enough!!!

Sarah was an absolute god send for us. She helped us from start to finish and honestly I cannot say enough great things about her. She was a one stop shop for us buying a house. She helped us find a lender who got us an amazing mortgage rate, she only showed us houses within our budget and never once tried to push us for a higher price point, she answered any questions we had professionally but more important HONESTLY, and she made the house hunting not only easy but also fun. You can tell at every step of the way that Sarah genuinely loves her job and loves her clients. We even had an issue with our house after closing and were unsure who to call to get it fixed and Sarah pointed us in the right direction within the hour, months after we had closed on the house. Use her today because you cannot be her professionalism and her efficiency.

Sarah was absolutely phenomenal! I worked with her to sell my house and purchase a new one and she made both processes incredibly smooth and stress-free. I actually switched to her from a different realtor because she provided a much more personalized experience. Sarah really listened to my desires/concerns/wishes and did everything to make both the sale and purchase successful!

I thought selling my old house would be a challenge since it needed a lot of cosmetic work, but Sarah managed to sell it for a price above what I was expecting to get for it. She provided beautiful staging and photography along with an eye-catching listing that really helped boost its visibility. Even while contending with the coronavirus pandemic, we were still able to get a lot of interest thanks to the work she did to make my house as appealing as possible. Throughout the entire process, all the way through closing, she kept me informed and updated so that I was confident in everything progressing smoothly.

Sarah also helped me find the perfect house to move into. She took the time to tour multiple properties with me, never too busy to add another one to the list. She really listened to my desires and was incredibly open and honest with feedback on each of the houses we toured. I appreciated her providing her insight and experience, especially when pointing out if something wouldn’t be a good fit for me. I never felt pressured into making a decision or into sacrificing any of my desires. As soon as we walked into the house I ended up buying, we both knew it was the right one. She made the purchasing process so easy, negotiating with the sellers and making sure I got the best deal possible. The home inspector she recommended provided an incredibly thorough and detailed assessment, and by working closely with Sarah I knew I could trust that there wouldn’t be any surprise issues pop up after closing.

Sarah also provided a wealth of other resources. The mortgage company she recommended was fantastic, and the loan officer I worked with went above and beyond. I was dealing with a very tight timeline, closing on the house I was selling and the house I was buying within a day of each other, all constrained by the fact that I was quarantined prior getting underway to support a Navy exercise. Everyone managed to make everything happen on schedule even while working within my very unique and challenging situation.
