My husband and I decided to sell our home after speaking to a few realtors. We met with Sarah Boling in mid-March. She gave us concrete advice to make our house more attractive to buyers. We took her advice to heart and the house went on the market on April 1, 2021. The sale was completed on May 15, 2021. We got the full price we asked for.

Ms. Boling kept us up to date throughout the sale. She responded to all our email, phone calls and texts quickly. She was a pleasure to work with and she worked hard to get our house sold.

If I were buying or selling another house in Lubbock I would certainly use her services again.

That being clarified, ... Sarah, with Exit Reality was so very helpful during our home search. She was able to keep us feeling safe to continue our search even though we were in the first few months of the Covid lockdown.
She arranged for our viewing of the properties we were interested in and everything was on Q. In the end she not only helped us with our choice of homes but also sold our previous home in Brownfield.
Thanks to Sarah we are able to live where we had only dreamed of in the past.
