Sarah is a wonderful realtor. She is no nonsense, to the point, informative and really advocates for you! I found Sarah through a search and comparison of local realtors. She has such great reviews we decided to go with her and we are so pleased we did. Her team is amazing and prompt with every detail and our house sold in a month and a half!!

Sarah and her entire team were great and very involved through the whole process. They did not just sit back and wait for people to come see my house, they made efforts to get people to see my house and it sold much quicker than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend Sarah's team for any of my friends that needed their house sold quickly.

We've heard it said that moving homes is one of the top three biggest stressors you can have in your life (listed only behind the death of a loved one and a divorce)…but whomever figured that out never worked with Sarah and her team. Here are our highlights: •We put our house on the market on a Tuesday at 1PM. We had an offer in hand, almost 2% above our asking price, by 6PM. Yes. That same day. Sight unseen. This is the offer that we eventually accepted and it went through to our final sale. So, our home literally sold in five hours. •We used Sarah for staging and prepping our home so it would sell. She and her team have so much information, experience and referrals to share. She is a resource that we soon came to trust and rely upon. We found phenomenal painters, carpet cleaners and movers through her. Even our mortgage ended up being serviced through a recommendation of hers. She does such an incredible volume of home sales that these contractors know her by name (and I believe put in a little extra effort) in order to continue to service the business that she’s able to direct to them. Forget Angie’s List…check out Sarah’s List. •We got no-nonsense and direct answers to any questions we asked. Sarah is knowledgeable and savvy. Even blunt. You have to operate in reality in realty, and Sarah kept us grounded, even when it wasn’t something we necessarily wanted to hear, but needed to. We appreciated that honesty. •We still took our time finding the right home. It was probably a nine month process from reaching out with a “maybe we want to find a place” to closing on our new home, but Sarah and her team were always supportive in our process, and always on our timeframe. We never felt rushed and we always felt like we were a priority to them. •We did find that apparently Sarah doesn’t sleep, take days off or believe in weekends. We received immediate answers to any and all questions, concerns, thoughts or ideas from her or her team via call, text and email. I have a time stamp on one response from 3AM. •Sarah and her team championed our negotiations. Sometimes they worked the back channels. Sometimes they were aggressive for us. And if something was slipping sideways, they jumped in and put it back on track. It was a pleasure to have such a strong and able advocate to help manage the things that would’ve otherwise made moving a top three stress. Truth is, we are VERY happy to be done with the buying and the selling and the moving…but we got a good offer on our previous home and we found just what we were looking for in this new one, which we’re just settling into. But…whenever we’re ready to do this all again, there’s only one team we’ll call.

Sarah Leonard was such a wonderful agent to work with! I had heard that she was familiar with first time home buyers, and she definitely was. Once my husband and I told her what we were looking for, she went over areas that would be best and showed a variety of homes until we figured out exactly what we were looking for. She was patient and extremely helpful. I love my home and will be using her again once we expand our family and sell/move onto a larger place. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Amazing experience. We listed our home with Sarah after using two other realtors that did not work out. We did our homework this time and checked references and got recommendations. Sarah came highly recommended and had the experience we were looking for. Sarah and her team walked us through the process and took the time to help us and communicated every step of the way. She also had a Stager come out to our house which was a huge help in getting our house ready for the market. So many great ideas and suggestions that didn't cost much, just many little tweaks that made our home look great for showings. After just a few weeks and around 25-30 showings, we had an offer. Sarah and her team were in regular communication and did a great job negotiating for us. She helped choose a great attorney who walked us through the process and made the paperwork simple. We always felt we were in the loop on everything from start to finish and everyone on the team was knowledgeable and friendly. Sarah and her team went above and beyond every step of the way and our house is sold now and we could not be happier. We would recommend Sarah Leonard and her team to anyone.
