Sarah Martin

Sarah Martin is from Colorado Springs, CO. She studied finance at Colorado State University and worked her way through doing a vigorous entrepreneurial internship helping others to create and successfully manage their own businesses. She then expanded the company to Ohio where she worked throughout the state.
She moved back to Colorado Springs and built Murphy’s Custom Homes in 2005 with her dad Tim Murphy. Sarah has been working in many facets of the business from managing all the sub contractors building the homes, to assisting the clients creating their dream home on paper. Sarah is known for her honesty, high ethical standards and hard work to ensure she does everything she can to ensure her clients success.
Sarah has been a licensed realtor since 2011. This background it has made Sarah become great at helping people acquire the perfect lot to build their dream home, assisting people prepare their homes to sell and finding them their next perfect home for them.
