Sarah Martins

Sarah has been in the Real Estate industry since 1984. She has an extensive background in property management both in residential and commercial office buildings. Sarah also has new home construction experience of over 17 years with both national builders and custom builders in the Northern Virginia, Loudoun County, Stafford County and Spotsylvania County areas. Her experience with luxury new home construction includes knowledge in lot development, blue print review, site plan evaluation and overall construction processes. Sarah has been a residential Real Estate agent for over 20 years in Northern Virginia, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County and Fauquier County areas.

Her interest in Real Estate began at an early age as her Grandfather was a new home builder and Real Estate agent in New Hampshire for many years. She began her career at the age of 17 in property management and transitioned to residential sales. She has lived in the northern Virginia area since 1974 and currently lives in Fauquier county.
