I had an extremely pleasant experience working with realtor, Sarah McGee. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, Sarah had a genuine desire to help and was committed to being fair-minded to both seller and buyer. I found her to be compassionate and understanding and very good at giving me a comprehensive update on a regular basis. She was always available and was extremely quick responding to any questions. Sarah staged several open houses and die to this was able to attract a buyer and proceed to settlement rather quickly. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a realtor and would not hesitate to use her again.

A++ REALTOR!! She is very nice lady and always available when I ask her about any house! Very friendly and very patient and helped us a lot when searching and looking for a home. Always gave great advice and always enjoyed working with her and believe she is the best realtor in Delaware. Even when she’s not available she sent her friend Natalia who was a very kind lady to help us and we really appreciate both of their helps in finding a home! Both are being recommended by me for anyone in search of a home!! Thank you again!!

Ms McGee is a total and complete professional. She has the utmost of patience. I know because she worked tirelessly from April to November 2021 and found me the home of my dreams on the beach, on the oceanfront in Delaware. I am so happy that other options fell through. Sarah is an excellent realtor to work with! She is a very hard worker who is quick to respond when we needed her. She is very flexible as well as we needed to change times/days for showings around a few times. She is reliable and is full of lots of great tips and advice! We worked with Sarah on our new home purchase and she as simply amazing. We were from out of state and she went over and above what we could ever ask for. From doing virtual showings, to sending videos of the showings, she did it all. She was always available to answer any questions or provide information that we needed. I would recommend her, hands down, to anyone looking to purchase.

Working with Ms. Sarah McGee was a please. She was responsive to all of my concerns and very helpful in guiding me through the entire home buying process. She took her time to show me several potential homes. She was very knowledgeable concerning the current market. Her demeanor was professional and friendly. She always returned phone calls, emails and text messages.
After working with two other agents over a period of 11 months, once I found Sarah, I found my forever home in less than a month! I now live in the exact state, county, city, neighborhood, and in the type of home I really wanted to live in at the price I really wanted to pay. Yeah Sarah!

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah McGee to find our home. In this crazy, seller’s market with COVID and a new election among us, Sarah still managed to push through, and find my partner and I a perfect home.

From the start of our journey, Sarah utilized her skills, experience, and knowledge to find homes that fit our criteria. Not only is she great at her job, but you can tell that she cares for her clients. Sarah is not the realtor that is just in the business for the money. She is a caring, devoted, and kind woman that truly helps her clients along the way. Sarah is professional, warm, outgoing, and she is never late.

I cannot recommend Sarah enough. Without her, we would probably still be looking for a home, or we would have settled for a home that we did not absolutely love. Everyone knows a realtor, but we were lucky enough to work with Sarah McGee.

Where do I begin not only is she super intelligent she’s sweet kind and considerate she went above and beyond willing to be there for every thing there was a bad storm me and my wife couldn’t make it to Check the house for damage she went and taken pictures and sent them to us. Was willing to work with the mortgage company non stop to work things out I would recommend her to everyone and anyone we didn’t just gain a realtor, a friend, we gained a family member and always she’s always welcome at our homestead five stars is not enough I give her 10 stars she is an amazing realtor you will not be disappointed.
