She does every thing we asked for and more. She also educated us about stuff we didn't know about like property tax and other tax. She also educated us about which location is growing and what needs to fix to improve the property values. I do recommend her for anyone looking for a house in Sacramento area.

Sarah was the consummate professional in every way. My mother law had to sell her home after 28 years due to a death in the family. Sarah patiently explained and held her hand through the entire process. Sarah paid to have the home staged and cleaned ensuring maximum value to the seller. Plus, on a personal level, she is a delightful, cheerful person to be around. I couldn’t recommend her more.

I'm not exaggerating when I say, Sarah, Tim & their family are amazing! We were in a difficult situation with the passing of an in-law and having to manage their estate, while trying to work things out with family members who didn't see eye to eye. Sarah was at times in the middle of a tuff situation yet handled it like a champ, as though it was just another day at work. She was always professional, making the transition as seamless as she could. After the sale closed, she, Tim & son came over to help empty & clear the house for the new owners. Who does that??? ~Sarah & Tim Oyler do.

I can’t say enough great things about Sarah. Selling a home that was purchased incorrectly when doing owner financing plus going through a divorce was a huge and ugly obstacle. Sarah did an amazing job doing research and ensuring that we sell our home when the market started to take a turn. She had to play middle man and clean up a few messes (literally). I would recommend her to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell. I will definitely be using her for my next purchase! Thank you Sarah for all that you did for me!

Honest, friendly, helpful with a true Christian attitude! We never had the feeling we were talking to an agent but rather to a friend. Very thorough and professional as well.
