I needed to sell my father’s house from out of state so I met with multiple agents and I am so happy that I chose Sarah Scattini. She was a professional from start to finish. She is trustworthy, communicates often and honestly, works hard, has great resources, and she knows her market. With her expert guidance on preparation and pricing, the house was on the market for only 5 short days. We received multiple offers, accepted and over asking price offer, and even closed early. We were looking to buy a house close to where we live which was for sale. We first contacted Sarah about a house for sale close to our home that she had listed only to find that there was already a contract on that house. After we told her our objective she offered to help us find another house. In a very short time she found another house that we liked and helped us make an offer that was accepted. At every step of completing all of the required paperwork, Sarah was extremely helpful in guiding us through all of the complications of this house purchase. Sarah has been a godsend to me .I had a very difficult probate with my parents home.I live in Virginia and sold my parents home from here after my moms passing.
Sarah held my hand with such compassion, confidence ,expertise, and professionalism.
she kept me up to date continuously through out the entire probate.

Sarah has been my realtor since 2011. I have purchased 10 rentals through her.
Today my dog got loose in a strange neighborhood. I dont have facebook so I texted her to please put my dogs pic on lost and found. Sarah is out of state. She stopped what she was doing and posted for me.
My dog was found through Facebook. If it wasnt for Sarah I dont know what I would have done.
Yes...she is an AMAZING realtor but she is also a kind, giving person who isnt on this planet just for the money. I have been crying for an hour since Sarah called to tell me where to pick up my dog.
As they write on Amazon, I am not getting a discount for this review.
