About Sarah

Born and raised in the Florida Panhandle, Sarah Stone returned to the Emerald Coast after a fast-paced sales career in Atlanta. When a builder in the family asked her to move to the beach to sell new homes, it was an easy "yes." Today, she is a broker associate for Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, where she focuses her business on buyers and sellers interested in properties from Destin to Rosemary Beach, Okaloosa Island, Niceville and Panama City Beach.

She earned her bachelor's degree in communications from Florida State University and worked in advertising and marketing at Edwin Watts Golf Shops' corporate office. She enjoys being around people and gaining wisdom from their experiences. Many of her long-time customers feel like family, a testament to her 90 percent repeat and referral business. She believes in creating a worry-free process for her customers. Sarah holds dear two of the company's core values: "We persist without exception. We choose to be happy." She attributes her grit and determination, as well as her faith, to helping her carry on through the tough times. Sarah works hard to earn the trust of her clients and demonstrates patience, letting them know right away she is operating on their timeline. She works hard to always apply "The Golden Rule" to her business.

At Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, Sarah has been nominated by her peers to receive the Ridge Nye Award for Most Inspirational Team Member, and has been elected to the Leadership Council three times. She is a Real Trends Verified agent, ranking in the top 1.5% of agents statewide and nationally for sales volume. She is the recipient of the Extraordinary Award, presented to agents who have achieved more than $25 million in sales volume in a calendar year. A true global real estate advisor, she has also earned the "Most Closed Outbound Referrals" award multiple times.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her daughter, riding their horses, and engaging in outdoor activities with her adventure-seeking son. Pilates, yoga, skiing, boating, shopping, girls’ lunches, and going to the spa fill any remaining free time. She aspires to be an "IronFan," cheering her husband on in many full- and half-Ironman events. She is a founding board member and past treasurer of Destin High School, a public charter school that opened in August 2021, having treated it as a passion project since 2016.

With more than two decades of selling homes along the Emerald Coast, there isn’t much she hasn’t experienced in the business of selling real estate.
