Sarah Stoudt

Sarah was born and raised in the Hudson Valley, and after years spent living in New York City, the West Coast during the dot-com boom, and Brooklyn—where she opened two retail businesses in Williamsburg—she rediscovered the unique beauty and community of her hometown. Over 20 years ago, she and her family purchased their home in the region, and for the past 15+ years, they’ve lived there full-time. Once settled, Sarah quickly found “her people” and a deep connection to the community—she was truly home.

Her professional journey reflects a rich blend of entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on experience. Sarah served as PTA president at Woodstock Primary School and owned a retail store in Woodstock for five years, specializing in vintage and artisan-made home and gift items. She also spent over nine years as an office manager and project coordinator for a local general contractor, working closely with homeowners on renovations and new construction. This role gave her a strong understanding of home design, construction details, mechanical systems, and finishes—insight she now brings to her real estate clients.
