Sarah Takens

I am an Associate Broker with 8 years experience in the real estate industry. I grew up in West Michigan and started my professional career with a pre-law degree. After 15 years in the legal field, I stepped from behind the desk to pursue more creative outlets. Through wonderful opportunities, I found myself enamored with real estate.

When I’m not studying and negotiating the many facets of real estate, I relax by playing piano, renovating my home, lifting weights and distance running, goofing around with my kids and my dog. Recently, I’ve become a volunteer with the Ottawa County Emergency Management Team and enjoy assisting our first responders during large events as part of the Medical Reserve Corps, Skywarn, and Community Emergency Response Team.

As a real estate professional, I offer hands-on service, providing free limited staging, professional photography, and digital floor plans to ensure my clients properties stand out in the market. With my legal background specializing in Research and Writing, I use my skills to ensure my clients’ homes hit the market at the right price and the right time. I am dedicated to providing the best possible service and find it incredibly rewarding to help others achieve their real estate goals.
