Sarah Upton is one the best realtors in Nashville. She not only walked me through my first home purchase process professionally and knowledgeably but she was a great shoulder as I went through the process during a pandemic. The market was chaotic and as a first time homebuyer Sarah never made me feel like I wasn’t going to find a home. She was patient with me and helped me adjust my list to make sure I was being realistic. It was a long building process and there were several delays to closing but I could always call her and she would always have an answer for me. I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. She’s is the best.

Sarah has been a fantastic realtor to work with! She has a professional yet warm approach to her clients. Sarah walked us through soooo many properties until we found one that worked for us! We were considering Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville...Chattanooga and Knoxville didn't stand a chance as they didn't have Sarah working on their behest!

In short, Sarah was an absolute joy to work with! I could not recommend her enough!

Sarah was very responsive and professional throughout the entire buying process. She has built strong connections with reputable vendors needed when purchasing a home (mtg lender, inspector, etc.) I would never want to go with someone else when buying. Highly recommend Sarah!
