They are an energetic and hardworking husband and wife team with a strong passion for real estate and love creating new business opportunities. Both Mike and Sarah have become Multi Million Dollar producing agent since getting licensed in 2014. They attribute this success to their persistence, commitment and dedication to every client. Having lived on St. Pete beach for nearly 30 years, Mike & Sarah have become expert marketers of luxury beach and waterfront properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. Prior to starting their careers in Real Estate, Sarah ran her family’s successful Infomercial production company where she gained in depth knowledge of business and secured numerous international clientele. Mike worked with his family in the construction industry and was influential in opening two additional family businesses in St. Petersburg within that time including Kitchens by Wheaton and Topp Tile Flooring Center, both of which are very successful today. Mike’s wealth of knowledge in the construction industry has played a huge role in helping clients when they are selling and purchasing their next home. Mike and Sarah have 3 daughters- Madison is 12yrs old and the twins- Juliette and Ellie were born January 2016. They enjoy time with family and friends, beach days, boating and ski trips.
