Sarah is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. I dragged her all over Hampton roads, annoyed her time and time again and she always took care of me. She also dug through my closing documents to help me understand how my mortgage companies process was working…. Yes, my mortgage company could not give me an answer and instead of just saying, “that’s too bad,” she literally did their job for them for the sole purpose of helping me understand why the numbers didn’t add up. Sarah is the kind of agent that I will tailor my home shopping experience around just so that I am able to work with her. I would highly suggest you do the same.

Everything happened too fast. It feels like I am still in cloud9. I couldn’t not believed that I am officially a homeowner. To be honest , I had no idea what’s going on . I , myself just know I am suddenly getting a house in unexpected month because of my brother’s little family. I am rushed because of the due date we were trying to reach. For most of the part, I just say yes! And of course, everyone is getting excited including my daughter , I was getting persuaded😅 And my Dad and brother keeps talking about this realtor how great and nice she is. I’m telling ya’ll, when I say I found my realtor person! I really did. A HIGH-SPEED one! She made my family and I very comfortable in every process, very responsive (we even have 2 group message with her) and no matter how busy she is , she’ll make a way to show you the house and not care how late ya’ll take. She’s good at what she does and when it comes to making everything happen contacting people/counter offer/ addendum—- she’s great and fast at it! She knows a lot and knows a lot of people. She made my life so much easier in every process. I AM VERY IMPRESSED IN HER WORK ETHICS. I would definitely recommend in trusting SARAH BIGLER and her team in finding your home! Sarah Wood Bigler was my real estate agent for selling my home. She was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable about her job, if she wasn't sure about something, she had resources readily available. My family and I had to do a pretty quick sell, being that we are military and had orders to move. She went above and beyond. We ended up selling for even more than the listed price! If I had to leave a message she would always return my call in a timely manner. Since I inherited the home and with probate and all we hit a few bumps in the road. Sarah and her team are amazing people! I’ve worked firsthand with all of them and I knew that when it was time to sell my home I had to go with them. Not only did she help me during the renovation phase but answered all my questions no matter what time of day it was or what day of the week. All said and done my house was sold within the first week on the market!!! I even recommended her to a friend and she turned around and sold his house even faster!!! You can’t go wrong with Sarah and her team!!! Also be military can make the process very difficult but that was not the case! I seriously can not recommend them enough! Sara was the agent on the selling and buying side of our houses. Each transaction took different skills and negotiations. My husband and I were glad we had Sara to guide us on the numerous decisions we had to make. She added knowledge. She weighed in on some subjects that the answer was ambiguous. Giving us options, so that we could make a informed decision.
