Sarah Zarcone

Sarah has lived her entire life under the warm California sun, venturing just up the coast for her undergraduate and graduate studies. An alum of UCSB (Go Gauchos!), she earned her bachelor’s degree with a double major in Law & Society and Communication. She then continued her education, achieving an MBA from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, before beginning a career in Film and Video Production.

Film and Video Production has many similarities to real estate – it’s a fast-paced environment with lots of moving pieces, a multitude of personalities, negotiations, contracts and details galore. It’s all about being meticulous and detailed. It involves planning to get the job done well & on-time, problem solving when unexpected changes occur and keeping everything within budget. Sarah loved everything about it, but she craved a deeper connection with clients and wanted to make a greater impact on their lives. She decided to take her education, background and skills and focus it on a seamless transition into real estate.

Sarah loves working with clients on important life decisions in real estate. She knows that the process of buying or selling a home can be overwhelming and confusing without the right person navigating. Sarah’s education coupled with her experience and desire to build relationships and help others make her an ideal fit to guide clients through the process of a real estate transaction. She is an excellent communicator who prides herself on being organized, friendly and approachable. She values openness, honesty and, above all else, relationships with others.
