Sasha Area

Alexandra “Sasha” D. Area, JD is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Louisiana. Sasha graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In 2012, she received a dual Juris Doctor in Civil & Comparative Law from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert School of Law. Sasha practiced law as an insurance defense attorney for four years prior to beginning her career in real estate.

Sasha has had a profound interest in real estate since she was a child and recognized that her extensive legal training and experience would pave the way for a seamless transition into a career in real estate. Sasha’s expertise in Louisiana contract and property law, coupled with her undergraduate degree in Marketing gives her a unique competitive edge in the real estate industry and has allowed her to easily expedite her success as a realtor.
