Graduating from local Folsom High School and Sacramento State University, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. I have been a Realtor® since 2007 servicing the Greater Sacramento Region. I have lived and operated out of Folsom, CA for 30+ years and know it like the back of my hand. As a local expert, I am also very familiar with it's surrounding cities such as El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Roseville, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Gold River, Rancho Cordova, Mather and Sacramento. I can market your home by highlighting surrounding points of interests such as parks/trails, schools, grocery stores and shopping centers. I know what locations bring value to buyers and sellers. I, myself, live in the Prairie Oaks subdivision of Folsom and work alongside my mother and father who live in the American River Canyon neighborhood. Together, we specialize in 1st time home buyers and sellers, luxury listings, relocations, investment properties, as well as distressed sales such as short sales. If you are a homeowner and prefer to rent out your home, I am very experienced in that process as well. I have been praised by my past clients for finding qualified, stable, clean long-term renters to take care of your home while they are leasing. In my free time I enjoy landscaping and gardening. I'm currently working on establishing the best lawn on my street. So far I have not been successful with growing tomatoes in our hot summer weather, but each year is a learning lesson. Some of my other hobbies include boating, off-roading, sports, cooking and traveling. I'm hoping for the Sacramento Kings to make the playoffs again this year with the continuity of the team and coaching staff. My passion for helping people, my negotiation skills, my proven track record from past satisfied clients, and my knowledge of the current state of the market make me a great fit for helping get homes sold quickly at my clients target price.
