A licensed engineer in Texas with a background in property rehabilitation and reconstruction, Sattar decided to establish a new career in real estate sales after his exciting move to Houston was tainted by a disappointing experience with an agent. Upon completing his own research into real estate law, Sattar immediately recognized that he could provide much better services for his potential clientele.

Driven by a passion for helping people, Sattar specializes in working with first-time buyers and adds value to his services by helping clients fill out mortgage paperwork to finance the transaction. Post-close, clients are often thrilled to continue working with Sattar on renovations, as he is both a contractor and an interior designer. Sattar loves managing small projects and is motivated to work with clients on building their dream home.
