I had an opportunity arise in Arizona. I didn’t want to sell my home in case things didn’t work out. Saul made the renting out my place extremely simple. He ran background and credit checks on potential tenants and provided a lease agreement. Saul collects rent payments and has conducted periodic walkthroughs of the home. His pricing was competitive with some of the larger firms, but In my experience Saul was more responsive and made communication via email, text, or phone super easy and prompt.

We got our new home through Saul Galvan after trying to get one through other real estate agents without success. We actually discovered him on google with so many good reviews. We just thought, if he is making so many real sales, then these are not fake reviews, and that he must be doing something different! We talked about signing an agreement with him but he declined, saying that what really matters is our satisfaction. WoW.. Saul is not that "same-o same-o" realtor. He really cares about his customer not just the sale. Saul never pushed, pressured, or intimidated us with all those fake negative tactics other agents use. He is just a direct and straight forward guy. He made us feel so special by devoting his time, to us. To us was awesome and God sent, and for this, we are so grateful!! We loved working with Valerie and Saul! They were helpful, transparent, and didn't get annoyed with our many questions. We had a hard time making a decision about retail space for our business, while we were debating, they did not use the usual sales tactics (e.g. saying there is another offer, that we were about to lose the opportunity, etc). They were informative but not pushy! These guys had a well vetted and seamless process - Valerie and Saul facilitated the paperwork and processing, making it as easy for us to move forward with our transaction.

We also just enjoyed them as people and still get excited to see them around Downtown LA. We recommend them wholeheartedly and would welcome working with them again.

I think it's standard knowledge that real estate in Los Angeles can be...a bit shady at best, and downright scary at worst. It was great to work with Saul, who was always willing to communicate with us, even after hours. Also, he remained patient with us throughout several freak-outs and other unexpected stresses that arose.
