Growing up with multiple family members in the real estate business has helped Sayeda to deeply understand the financial as well as emotional dynamics of buying and selling a house. With their ever-changing real estate market in the DC Metropolitan Area, she takes pride in knowing the local market and latest trends to help navigate and educate her sellers and buyers on making best decisions.

Licensed in DC, Virginia, and Maryland she is very excited and committed about serving each one of her distinct clients with their unique needs. Whether it is helping her sellers using cutting edges technologies to sell for maximum profit or helping individuals become happy first-time homeowners.

Growing up in Northern Virginia and after completing her education she became very active in the community service. She became Volunteer Coordinator for local charity in Herndon, Virginia. Managing one hundred Volunteers and hosting fund raisers for local families and for children with cancer. For her dedicated community service, she received 2 U.S. Presidential Volunteer Service Awards. Herndon Mayor’s Volunteer Service awards from 2005 to 2020, Express Care Volunteer Service Award, Presidential Physical Fitness Award, Ambassador for Peace Award from Universal Peace Federation.

When she is not with clients, she can be found enjoying time with her family. Or doing indoor rock climbing. Jumping out of a plan (skydiving) or enjoying a run.
