Scott was outstanding in our home buying experience!!! Being a recently retired military family who has relocated many times we were experienced but we had a lot of stuff going on and needed help bad. We were renting a house in NC and had to sell a house in Savannah GA. Plus be we needed our youngest child to go to a particular School. On top of that, we were fairly new to the Charlotte area and needed someone who knew the area and knew the people. Scott was perfect. He was extremely patient with us, understanding and very knowledgeable. We sought out his advice and guidance on several occasions and found it to be invaluable.

My wife and I work very different schedules and he was extremely accommodating. He must have taken us to see 15-20 different houses between two cities, did I mention he was patient. I know I told you he was understanding but it's a understatement ,we requested early mornings evenings, weekends and Scott showed up every time with a smile and a kind word.
THEN when we actually found the house. No, listen we find THE HOUSE we wanted. Would you believe on the day of closing had some pretty complicated issues with our lender, they wouldn't close. Scott rolled in with his calming demeanor and helped us navigate that. He even helped us find a new lender when it was clear the situation was untenable. Within a week my family and I were sitting in my new living room safe, sound and stress-free. We thank God for sending Scott our way.
