Scott Cheramie

Scott Cheramie joined Meridian Property Group in 2008 bringing with him several years of real estate sales and management experience. He has since developed many relationships with financial institutions, private investors and developers which have produced a large portfolio of residential property management and brokerage assignments, inclusive of REO (bank-owned), HOA, single and multi-family management accounts.

A graduate of California State University Fullerton in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing, Scott decided to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit by co-founding a publishing company, followed by founding a successful chain of restaurants with his wife and operating them for 10 years. After years of owning and managing his own rental properties, Mr. Cheramie transitioned his full-time career into real estate sales and management where he quickly became a top sales associate and multi-million dollar producer in both residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Cheramie lives in Alta Loma with his wife, daughter, and son where he is active with church, sports activities and is an active member in the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce.
