Scott Clark, the President and Broker of Clark Realty Advisors, is an expert in sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and executing commercial real estate transactions. Along with purchasing, selling, and leasing commercial properties, Scott is active in Landlord and Tenant representation. He works closely with private investors, landlords, developers, tenants, and high net worth individuals, by providing specialized brokerage and advisory services in regards to commercial real estate investments/portfolios, both locally and nationally. Prior to founding Clark Realty Advisors in 2011, he worked with commercial brokerages and investment firms focused on investment sales, leasing, 1031 exchanges, asset management, and development projects.

A native of San Diego, Scott attended San Diego State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate while serving on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Society of SDSU.

Scott is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California, Texas, and Utah, member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego (CRASD), and the Real Estate Society of SDSU (RES of SDSU).

In his spare time Scott enjoys surfing, snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with his wife and kids.
