Scott Dawson

Scott is a native of Winchester, VA. After college Scott returned to the Winchester area where he started honing his skills in marketing, business management, and sales. His love of the real estate industry began soon after as he, along with his brothers, started a residential real estate company and began building a portfolio of residential properties and rehabbing them to be rental properties. Shortly thereafter the Dawson Brothers opened a commercial real estate and development company, developing commercial properties and building commercial rental buildings in the area.

Scott epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of the real estate transaction. Leveraging his experience as a successful business owner, Scott is known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with his client's best interests at heart. Scott believes strongly that it is not only his duty to represent his clients to the best of his ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that his clients make the best decision possible. Scott is honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry in this area and the surrounding communities.

Scott attended Radford University and graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Marketing with a concentration in Business Management.
