Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Tamarac, FL. --- I have both bought and sold a home with Scott. The selling process seemed almost effortless. My home sold and lightning quick time, and the transaction was nearly flawless. In the process of buying my new home, Scott worked tirelessly to find us the right property and was extremely knowledgeable of many different neighborhoods. He never seemed to get frustrated even though we were very picky about our property requirements. I highly recommend Scott for any real estate needs you have.

Sold a Condo home in 2016 in Oakland Park, FL. --- I'd like to take this opportunity to say a very big thank you to Scott DeMaria for the exceptional job he did in selling my three condos. If you'd like your property to go from listed to sold he's the man for the job. My condos had previously been listed with another agent and did nothing but remain vacant. I was referred to Mr DeMaria and was very happy when I was able to place my listings with him. Not only did I sell all 3 condos very quickly I was able to do all 3 transactions out of state with little or no aggravation. Scott made the process effortless and what a breath of fresh air. He not only made the sales run smoothly but he also became my eyes and ears on the properties. I had an issue with an a.c. leak and Scott not only alerted me to that fact but also went above and beyond and actually waited for the repairman. His professionalism is beyond reproach.
