Scott Elkins

Having resided in Southwest Colorado for two decades, he initially arrived in Telluride in 1997, assuming the role of manager for a hospitality company. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, he followed in his grandfather's footsteps in the real estate industry. His grandfather and father developed small commercial properties in Tampa and Jacksonville. However, he subsequently changed career paths and began developing income-producing properties in Southwest Colorado in 1999.

Living in Telluride is a remarkable experience, one that he considers himself incredibly fortunate to enjoy. In addition to managing his real estate investments, which take him across the state, he is presently working on a small project in Boulder and Lakewood, CO.

He has an unbridled passion for real estate, which consumes him, but when he is away from work, he can typically be found skiing or rock climbing in beautiful Telluride, Colorado. He is also an enthusiastic river boats-man and has recently developed a new fascination with the extreme sport known as Canyoneering.
