Scott Ferguson

A Charleston native and graduate of the College of Charleston in 1981, Scott transitioned into the Real Estate field after a successful Teaching and Coaching career that spanned almost 30 years in Charleston County where his Wando High School soccer teams won 3 State Championships. Scott was recently inducted into the SC High School Soccer Coaches State Hall of Fame.

With 17 years of Real Estate experience in Charleston and Mt. Pleasant areas, and right now in Pawleys Island, Scott has the experience and knowledge to help you find just the right home. We are the "Island Experts" here at Pawleys Island.

After vacationing in the Grand Strand for the past 20 years, Scott and his wife, Paige, now call Pawleys Island and Litchfield Country Club home, where they enjoy all that the Island has to offer. You will find Scott playing a round of golf, on the tennis court, throwing a cast new, fishing or visiting new restaurants in his free time. He especially enjoys family and church activities, overseas mission trips, college football, and of course, soccer!
