Scott, a Colorado native who was raised to appreciate what “home means” is from the northwest corner of the state and moved to Grand Junction in 2005 after accepting a football scholarship to attend Mesa University. “Being an outdoor enthusiast, Grand Junction was a perfect fit for me,” says Scott. “The recreational opportunities on the western slope are endless and Grand Junction offers a small town feel with luxury living.”

In 2009, Scott received his degree in structural drafting, but timing was not on his side as the real estate industry experienced a market ‘crash’ and new construction subsided. Following a 12-month stint in Alaska, Scott returned to Grand Junction in 2010 and made it his ‘forever’ home.
