Born and raised in Milford, Indiana, Scott grew up learning hard work on his family's dairy farm. After graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, he moved back to Milford to settle down and start a family. Scott loves the community and enjoys being actively involved in it. In the past, Scott was the president of the Milford Kiwanis Club, has started a foster care support group for foster families in Milford, and is an active member at his church.
