As a first time home buyer, Scott was very helpful in guiding us through the real estate process especially in a competitive market. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Scott was very professional as well as personal. Scott understood My Wife and I were in a tough situation and we were very serious on finding the house that would fit our family for years if not the forever home. We had a limited budget with a pretty good list of wants. Our stresses were high as we still wanted our criteria to be met. Scott, not only listened to us but he protected us in the home buying and kept us grounded on the houses we wanted to put an offer on. If he felt it wasn't the right fit, wouldn't pass FHA, or the price was out of line he was honest with us. Scott is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. ANYTIME and ANYWHERE there was a house we wanted to see Scott moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things were fair and always had our back to make sure we didn't over pay in the insane market. Scott is not only a terrific realtor but he is even a better person. My wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

As a first time home buyer, Scott was very helpful in guiding us through the real estate process in a competitive market. He was very responsive with questions, tour requests (once right after a snowstorm!) and negotiating extra money for repairs. We ended up with a great home for our price range.

I purchased a home using Scott Hansen of Keller Williams Homes as my realtor. Home buying can be an exciting and stressful time and with Scott as my realtor, I felt nothing but positivism and excitement. Scott took the stress out of home buying.

My positive experience happened because Scott is knowledgeable in his field and if he did not know an answer he was able to get one in less than 24 hours. Scott treated my questions respectfully and his answers were just as respectful. Scott dropped whatever he was doing to provide excellent service; including while being away for a weekend. I was able to get into any home I wanted to see on the same day or within a time frame that worked around my schedule. One extra special service Scott provided me was a weekly update of where we were in the buying process. This service made me feel important and not forgotten while we waited for the closing to happen. Finally, for closing, Scott made certain I felt comfortable with where we were going and he provided support as I signed multiple papers that make up the closing process.

I highly recommend Scott Hansen of Keller Williams Homes as a realtor. I have told my friends about him and if needed, I will definitely use him in the future.
