Scott Jagoe is the Owner of Jagoe Homes, a third-generation, family-owned homebuilding company based in Owensboro, Kentucky. Continuing a legacy that began in 1939 with his grandfather, Carlos Jagoe Sr., Scott—alongside his brother Bill—has guided the company’s growth while staying true to its core values of quality construction, innovative design, and exceptional customer service.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management from the University of Denver. His education, combined with decades of hands-on industry experience, has helped position Jagoe Homes as a leading builder with more than 9,000 homes completed across the region. Under Scott’s leadership, Jagoe Homes remains committed to building lasting homes and vibrant communities that reflect the evolving needs of today’s homeowners—one family at a time.
