That includes representing buyers and sellers. I work with bank owned properties, so I know how buying a fixer upper works! I have purchased foreclosures and auction properties. I flip houses as well and have the ability to help you properly prepare a property for sale.

I have been licensed since 2008. Prior to that time, I was a customer service manager, data analyst and quality auditor. This means that I know how to put the clients needs first. I have the skills to analyze the market and make recommendations based off of factual data. As an auditor, It was my job to focus on detail and make recommendations for process improvement. This background helps me with the sales side of the business...and it will help you!

For the last 20+ years, I have been flipping and/or repairing homes. I am not a licensed home inspector, but I am able to educate you on the condition of the home, so you can decide whether you want to move forward with an offer and pay for a full inspection. I also can help you with analyzing the costs associate with any updates, as I still do home repairs and am a licensed contractor.

If you have made it this far, then this is the part I am most proud to share with you. I am a family man with an amazing wife and two sons that I am ever so proud of everyday. I am a compassionate and caring person that wants the very best for my family, friends and clients. I am not happy, unless you are truly happy.
