Sorry, for late review. I had to set up a Google account. My husband and I have known Scott since 2004. He has always been informative and positive. We had many questions and really bugged him, but he was patient. He provided us with great tips on how to prep the house for sale. He was our selling agent and our house was on the market for only 2 days before we got an offer Aug 2018. Thanks, Scott!

Scott listed and sold our house in one day! He was available to guide us through the sale and purchase of our new home. He facilitated needed repairs and connected us with technicians to address the buyer’s and our purchase inspections.

We highly recommend Scott. He coordinated the timing of both transactions which were critical in the success of this process. We sold, bought, closed, and moved within 40 days!

Scott is an amazing realtor and became a real friend to me and my family. I moved to Virginia from Louisiana. Scott not only helped me find a home that I love, but he helped me find an area with the right schools for my kids and put us in touch with sports programs that helped make my daughter's transition to a new area that much easier.
