I did not quite know to what degree what I was getting myself into when I joined Scott and RE/MAX Gateway in Chantilly. I was taken in with open arms and given the guidance that I was seeking and asked for because it is easy to get lost or turn into another number which I felt like I had at bigger brokerages. Scott is one of the easiest guys to talk to and is always accessible when a question or concern comes up. Scott has never deferred me or asked me to take my questions to another person unless it was a vendor and that is only to grow my relationships. In the few months that I have been here I feel right at home and like I've known everyone for years. Also I just found this out, I'm going to let you in on a secret and I didn't know this coming into the brokerage but Scott McDonald is living Legend, Go out and ask your nearest realtor Who Scott McDonald is! We just completed our 3rd real estate transaction with Scott. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate market even during Covid 19.
Scott gave us great advice in terms of pricing, staging and what types of updates would make our house appealing to buyers. He was very attentive prior to going market, during the selling process.
