Scott Manuella

Scott Manuella was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio where he attended school at Perkins High School. Scott graduated from Perkins in 2008 and then moved to Athens, Ohio to attend Ohio University. During his time in Athens, Scott received a Bachelors in Science. He moved back to Sandusky when he and his wife decided it was time to start a family, living in Perkins Township for the last 5 years. He has enjoyed being back in area with his wife and his daughter Macie, who was born in December 2018. After purchasing his first home, Scott immediately discovered a passion in real estate and wanted to help other families find the home that's perfect for them. Scott attended Ohio Business College to earn credits toward his Salesperson Licensure, which has enabled him to be the most current and up to date with new information regarding real estate laws, practices and appraisal.
