2/29/16 Brent K. We called Scott to help with selling the home of a dear friend who had recently passed away after a long illness. The house structure was in great shape, but nothing had been updated since the 1980's. He gave amazing advice, on what should be replaced, and what changes were better left to the next owner. He was even able to suggest a couple of crews that could do the work. We chose one of the crews, and they did very good work, and there was easy communication. I live out of state, and Scott was kind enough to stop, and give comments as the work progressed. The minute the work was complete, the house sold, for more than expected, and the sale went through as smoothly as possible. I feel very lucky that we were introduced to Scott. Without Scott, this would have been logistically, and emotionally, a very difficult process.

7/2015 Sree K, - Scottsdale AZ We moved to the Phoenix area from CA because of work. Scott dedicated many weekends to helping us find a home in the Phoenix, Scottsdale area; I think we looked at 50-60 houses in a span of 11-12 months and many through his online portal. He helped us focus on school districts and neighborhoods from which our commute to work wouldn't be too tedious. When we finally found the house we liked, we had special difficulties and stress in our timing with regard to our move and our closing; Scott not only organized all the communication between the sellers, their agent and us he went so far as to advocate for us with regard to all the required paperwork – he made the process look so easy, and he was always on the ball. 7/31/2016 Tina & Richard C. Scott was always available to check out homes with us. Whether it be 6am in the morning or 10pm at night. Overall we checked out 20-30 homes in different parts of the town. Scott showed us every single house that we wanted to see and always arrived early a with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. Scott always responded back to our texts and emails immediately and was a very knowledgeable source in the home buying process. This was our first home and are very glad that Scott was our agent. July 2015 Cindi S. I can not say enough good things about Mr. Scott Meyer. We first me with Scott in December of 2014 and he worked with us until we found exactly what we wanted/needed -- July of 2015! He was patient, available, cheerful, and humorous through the entire process. Scott's local knowledge was invaluable to us -- everything from distance to grocery stores, schools, and work place, Scott had input and ideas about what the situation would be like from location to location. 8/30/16 Kasara H. Scott was extremely helpful and helped me get into a rental home in less than a week. I was pressed for time in moving and he showed me exactly what I was looking for in my price range. He showed me a handful of homes and inspected each and everyone of them thoroughly with me. I never once felt any pressure or stress while working with Scott. He handled all my paperwork with the property management team and even informed them about a few things that needed fixing before I moved in. He even reached out to me about 2 weeks after I moved in just to check on things. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor that actually cares about their clients.
