Scott Miller has been personally helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in Colorado since 1992. His goal has always been to assist people moving into the next phase of their life with the least amount of stress as possible. He is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and trustworthy, professional advice. As a result of his successful, low-key approach, the majority of his business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

The Real Estate market and industry are constantly changing, so he is dedicated to conducting market research and expanding his real estate knowledge to provide a high level of expertise. He specializes in residential homes and condos, investment properties, luxury homes, as well as foreclosures and distressed properties in Boulder, Broomfield, and Jefferson counties.

He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He also earned a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation (held by less than 2% of Realtors) and completed the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. Scott branched out to include loan origination services for three years to help increase his knowledge in the lending process for real estate transactions. Although he no longer originates loans, his lending and finance background help guide clients through the loan process. He was also the Northern Colorado representative for a number of banks to market their bank-owned properties. Being directly involved in the foreclosure side of real estate gave Scott unique training to help his clients purchase and sell distressed properties.

Scott has lived in Boulder since 1989 with his wife, Shireen , and together are raising their two teenage sons, Sean and Andre. Like so many families in Boulder, they enjoy an active lifestyle of sports and outdoor activities.

Scott has a strong desire to give back to his community through volunteering and fundraising. He was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the FC Boulder soccer club. Scott also volunteered in the classroom for elementary and middle school students and served on the BVSD District Accountability Committee to help improve the quality of our schools. On a professional level, he served on the Board of Directors of the Boulder Area Realtors Association and was Treasurer and Chairman of the Education Committee.
