I had a opportunity to buy my 1st House in 2013. Single income wasn't going so well. I had received a referral from a friend to call Scott @ Monarch. Best decision I've ever made. Scott knows his stuff, Very Professional and knows his craft. He was able to get me a lower 30 year loan rate as well. Highly recommend this guy.
