Scott Olson

Mr. Olson is an Executive Vice President overseeing Brokerage and Licensing compliance activity on the Executive Committee for Northpoint’s offices throughout the US. He is directly in charge of Northpoint’s offices in Sacramento. Mr. Olson holds over twenty years of real estate experience through the US and holds Broker’s licenses in 7 states.

Mr. Olson is an expert in property management, leasing, and sales for professional investors and large banking institutions in the US. He holds over 20 years of real estate experience and specializes in the operations of due diligence, finance, and escrow for residential real estate.
