I recently had used Scott and his team to sell my house in Commack. As soon as I met Scott I got a great vibe and felt confident in less than 6 months my house would be sold. Well we got a buyer but hit a snag with a fence zoning issue towards the end. After calling several fencing companies over 2 weeks out to install a small gate in my backyard. Scott offered to do the job himself to speed up the process.

Not only is he a professional in real estate, well he can also install a gate for you. Scott went above and beyond to complete the deal. I appreciate all he has done.

I highly recommend Scott and his team for any real estate needs.

We were looking for a home in the St.James Smithtown area for quite a while.

Scott made it a point to talk with us to fully understand the type of home we were looking for, as well as one that would fit our lifestyle.

He found us the perfect ranch that met our desire to down-size to a single story home. Knowing we enjoy gardening, the homes he found for us has an ample yard with nicely landscaped gardens in a beautiful location bordering a wooded area.

Scott guided us through the whole process from offer to closing; handling all the details, answering all of our questions, and so much more.

You can tell he really enjoys his job by his enthusiasm, he takes a genuine interest in his clients, and remembers those little details that make you know he wants what is best for you.

Scott is the real deal! Scott goes above and beyond in anything you ask of him. He crawled under a house in a crawl space to check for water and I ultimately didn't buy that house cause of it and I couldn't be happier. Scott's knowledge of houses are second to none and I'm not talking about real estate. I'm talking about his ability to look at certain parts of a house to make sure they are in good shape, and he would never steer you in the wrong direction. Scott doesn't want to sell you every house, he wants to sell you the best house for you. Scott is patient, he must've showed me over 80 houses in a year's span and he never got frustrated. On the other hand, Scott sold my co-op in one weekend for DOUBLE what I bought it for. Scott brought me a very generous gift after an entire year of showing me homes. I am currently sitting in my new living room feeling very grateful that Scott Paisley is my real estate agent!

I have used Scott and his team for multiple real-estate deals over the last 2 years. always had my best interests at heart and made the process as smooth as possible .... which with real estate transactions are not often the case!!!!! 5 stars all the way
